Activity: Strengths vs Areas for Improvement

  • Ask students to make a t-chart on their paper. They should label one side “Strengths” and the other side “Areas of Improvement.”
  • Students should reflect on their strengths and areas for improvement at school. They should aim to write 4-5 things on each side of the t-chart.
  • Ask students to share their strengths and areas for improvement with a partner.
  • After students have had time to share, they can discuss ways to help their partners with their areas for improvement.
