For character education to work, you need more than an assembly, a few posters, and morning announcements. You need professional development to make your program effective and sustainable.

Here’s how…

Get qualified to train others in character development by becoming a certified Character Education Specialist. You'll learn to:

• Teach, enforce, advocate, and model good character (the TEAM approach).
  
• Integrate the CC! framework into your school or organization.
  
• Manage issues related to ethnic, cultural, religious, socioeconomic, and geographic diversity.
  
• Dramatically reduce behavior problems, improve classroom management, increase focus on academics, integrate universal values into your curricula, and build staff buy-in.
