This list of books for young people, originally compiled by Kate Harrington of the Albuquerque Public Library, indicates which of the Six Pillars of Character is most strongly emphasized and what kind of book it is. Of course, this list is not exhaustive. Check these websites for other titles:
- Advance Publishing offers a variety of children's books suitable for character educators.
- Perfection Learning offers a list of books organized by grade level (K-8) and by each of the Six Pillars.
