Who endorses CHARACTER COUNTS! Week?

U.S. Presidents from both parties, the U.S. Senate, governors, mayors, and others issue CC! Week proclamations each year. (States whose governors proclaimed CC! Week 2011 include: Colorado, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, New Mexico, Oregon, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.)
