CC! Week: Interview with Leslie Mowers

Wondering what others are doing for CHARACTER COUNTS! week? Recently we spoke to Leslie Mowers, a crime-prevention specialist at the Orange County Sheriff’s Department and the CC! Coordinator for the city of San Clemente, California. Mowers began the San Clemente CC! Jamboree in 1997. That year about 50 people attended. Now the fair hosts over 90 booths and as many as 2,000 people.
