The CC! Coalition of Cattaraugus and Allegany Counties gave out its 2003 American Youth Character Awards on December 20 at halftime in a basketball game between St. Bonaventure University and North Texas. Each winner received a $50 savings bond from Community Bank, N.A., of Olean; a free portrait from Martin Studio of Photography; a family pass to O'Dea's Mountain Sno Tubing Paradise; and coupons good at McDonald's and Burger King.
