Shipping and handling

All domestic, non-express orders are shipped via FedEx ground service. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and delivery. Delivery time may be extended during peak periods.

• Free shipping for orders $30.00 and up ($6.00 for orders under $30.00) delivered anywhere in the contiguous 48 states. Shipping & handling fee is subject to taxes in California.
• Outside 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping does not apply. Please contact Customer Service at 877-852-8981.
• Express shipping. Available at an additional charge (call 877-852-8981). Please allow one business day to process the order.
• International orders (including APO/FPO orders). Please contact Customer Service for shipping options and costs at customerservice@jiethics.org or at 877-852-8981 prior to placing your order. International credit card orders can be placed by fax or email. All customs, brokerage, and/or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please be aware of expenses incurred when receiving materials. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees if packages are refused.
